Where We Ship

We ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Our products are made to order by our trusted print partners, with production facilities in multiple countries, so we can reach Portuguese hearts all around the world.

Processing Times

Because every piece is made just for you, please allow 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. During busy periods (such as holidays), production may take a little longer -- we will always keep you posted.

Shipping Times and Rates

Shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. As a general guide:

Canada and United States: typically 5-10 business days after production
International: typically 10-20 business days after production

Please note that if your order contains items from different production facilities, they may arrive in separate shipments at no extra cost to you.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its journey.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
